The arbitration shall be held at Chennai in English language. Any claim/dispute/difference relating to TMTL’s website shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. The Courts in Chennai city in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes or issues arising in connection with this website, including the terms of use, and privacy policy thereof.
